About Erin
From her earliest days as a dependable babysitter at age 12, Erin has built a life—and career—around watchful care, reliability, and attention to detail. By 15, she was already managing household tasks like cleaning and laundry for her neighbor with precision, laying the groundwork for what would become her signature approach to property care.
Raised with a deep respect for animals and land stewardship, Erin took charge of her family’s horses whenever they traveled—skills that transitioned seamlessly into watching over her neighbors’ property and their beloved cat while they journeyed through Central America. These experiences nurtured not only a keen eye for detail, but a quiet commitment to trustworthiness that her clients still rely on today.
Erin’s professional path led her to Hawaii’s Big Island, where she provided property management for an off-island homeowner—balancing day-to-day oversight with long-distance communication and trust. She later served as a residential and commercial property manager for a construction company, gaining hands-on experience in managing complex projects and navigating the needs of contractors and residents alike.
Most recently, Erin brought her skills full circle as a property manager for a retirement community, where her focus on safety, respect, and personalized care helped create a peaceful living environment for seniors.
Today, as the founder of Honu Home Watch Services, Erin blends her lifelong passion for care with professional expertise—offering home watch services built on integrity, consistency, and aloha.
