Home watch services differ from property management because we cater to predominately owner-occupied properties that are vacant for extended periods: vacation homes, second homes, primary residence of long-term travelers. We maintain property condition and your investment, rather than managing tenants or generating rental income.

Home watch services also differ from house sitting because we do not stay in the home and offer professionally trained, bonded, and insured visits that follow up with professional reports and pictures.
